(English

patriotic government), a true Nation started to develop. It was the
continuity of a movement that had started many years before with the
British Invasions and that ends, 6 years later, with the Declaration
of Independance, giving the initial kick to a process if political and
social transformation in Argentina. |

The city is on the precipice of the river, in the industrial corredor La Plata-Rosario, and it has an important cereal port, in which the most important products are wheat, corn and sorghum. It has an important infrastructure oriented to the tourism and the practice of nautical sports: sailing boat, motorboat, kayacs, jet ski, fishing, windsurg and ski. The lodging offers include a camping complex on the banks of the Parana river, hotels and cabins, that have all the essential services for those who want to spend a few day out of the city. The Municipal Beach is a large sand beach on the Parana River. It has a great variety of services such as grills, markets, bars, bathrooms, showers, volley court, fishing area, bicicles for rent and parking lot.
