The "Porteño" night
The "Porteño"
night: One of the most vibrant, active and
varied of the world. Buenos Aires is a
cosmopolitan city with lots of surprised
for those willing to look for them.
It doesn't have a schedule when it comes
to fun. Nightime activity is permament and
the streets are filled with people even
on working days.
Something that differenciate it from other
cities of Latin America is its intense nightlife.
Our city offers multiple options to live
it enjoy it at every age.
The options are as varied as personal taste
exist.
In the city that never sleeps, everything
can be an excuse for entertainment: bookstores
open until late hours, bars, pubs, theaters,
restaurants, bingos, casinos, "milongas"
and tango shows.
The night begins around 9 pm, with dinner
at some restaurant.
The different gastronomic options can be
found in all areas of the city, with a common
characteristic: the possibility of having
dinner at very late hours at night. Restaurants
stay open until early morning and some pizzerias
are even open all day long.

La noche porteña
La noche porteña: una de las más
vibrantes, activas y variadas del mundo.
Buenos Aires es una ciudad cosmopolita que
depara sorpresas para quienes se atrevan
a buscarlas.
No tiene horarios en materia de diversión.
La actividad nocturna es permanente y las
calles lucen animadas incluso los días
laborales.
Si hay algo que la diferencia del resto
de las capitales de América Latina
es su intensa vida nocturna. Nuestra ciudad
ofrece múltiples opciones para vivirla
y disfrutar a toda edad.
Las alternativas son tantas como gustos
personales existen.
En la ciudad que nunca duerme, todo puede
ser un pretexto para el entretenimiento:
librerías abiertas hasta altas horas
de la madrugada, bares, pubs, discos, cines,
teatros, restaurantes, bingos, casino, milongas
y casas de tango.
La "noche" comienza pasadas las
21 horas, para cenar en algún restaurante.
Las distintas opciones gastronómicas
se reparten en diferentes zonas de la ciudad
pero con una característica muy común:
la posibilidad de cenar a altas horas de
la noche.- Los restaurantes permanecen abiertos
hasta la madrugada y algunas pizzerías
las 24 horas. |
Las
Cañitas neighborhood has very trendy
restaurants. At 20 minutes from downtown,
it has become one of the main gastronomic
spots in town.
Nearby you will find Palermo Hollywood,
with plenty of ethnic food restaurants,
lovely cafes, theme bars, nightclubs and
bars.
Across town, next to the river, you will
find Puerto Madero, with a floating Cadinoa
and international high level restaurants.
Regarding dancing and drinks, everything
starts pretty late. You will find music
and fun in any of the countless nighclubs
in the city. There is onw for every taste
and style, they open their doors at 1 am.
Buenos Aires has plenty of "milongas"
and dancing rooms. In San Telmo or Almagro
you can dance Tango any day of the week,
at any time.
Another great attraction are whoes at the
theater, which can be classic or alternative,
like the ones that have late performances.
Downtown, Corrientes is the avenue of the
theaters, cinemas, bookstores, cafes and
pizzerias.

El
barrio de Las Cañitas es un circuito
de restaurantes muy de moda. A solo 20 minutos
del Centro se ha convertido en uno de los
principales centros gastronómicos
de la ciudad.
Cerca de allí se encuentra el barrio
de Palermo Hollywood que agrupa varios restaurantes
de comida étnica, coquetos cafés,
bares temáticos, discos y pubs.
Del otro lado de la Ciudad, pegado al río,
se encuentra el barrio de Puerto Madero,
con el Casino flotante y restaurantes de
alto nivel internacional.
En cuanto a la noche de tragos y baile
todo empieza muy tarde. Música y
diversión se encuentra en cualquiera
de las innumerables discotecas que existen
en la ciudad. Las hay de todos los estilos
y para todos los gustos y abren sus puertas
a partir de la una de la mañana.
Buenos Aires cuenta con gran cantidad de
milongas y salones de baile. En los barrios
de San Telmo y Almagro se puede bailar tango
todos los días y a toda hora.
Otro atractivo importante, son los espectáculos
teatrales, clásicos y alternativos,
con funciones hasta la madrugada.- En el
Centro de la Ciudad, Corrientes es la avenida
de los cines, teatros, librerías,
cafés y pizzerías. |
